    Hello all,

    Modern spine surgery employs a mix of old and new surgical instruments. Access to the spine through a MetRx tube system greatly reduces the invasiveness of surgery. A conventional root retractor and a tissue biting instrument called a rongeur can be used along with an endoscope. Thanks a lot!
